- You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
- We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.
3. Anti-Sharing Policy

- Each account is limited to 2 devices maximum.
- Sharing your account, credentials, cookies, or access with others is strictly prohibited.
- We actively monitor for unauthorized sharing through device fingerprinting and usage analysis.
- Violation results in immediate account termination without refund.
- Distributing, reselling, or redistributing access obtained through this Service is prohibited.
- Attempting to extract, scrape, or bulk-download cookies for redistribution is prohibited.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the browser extension.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
- Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users.
- Use the Service to harm, harass, or infringe upon the rights of others.
- Circumvent any security measures or access controls.
- Resell or redistribute access to third-party tools obtained through this Service.
5. Service Availability
- We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- Third-party tool availability depends on the respective service providers.
- We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
- We are not responsible for changes made by third-party services that affect functionality.
6. Payments & Refunds
- All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 3 tools.
- No refunds for accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, and brand names belong to their respective owners. NexusGWG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the third-party services accessible through our platform. The use of third-party tool names and logos is for identification purposes only.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexusGWG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
- We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
- We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein. We collect device fingerprints, usage logs, and session data for security and anti-abuse purposes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
